Job Description: /Responsibilities
Bio: Responsible for order entry, intercompany transfer of finished goods, WMS daily report review/resolution, and allocation management. Communicates with customers, warehouse, production control and traffic department; maintains Customer Item Cross Reference; completes paperwork for receiving of alcohol and outgoing alcohol transfers. Provides receptionist duties and other duties as assigned. The primary focus is to deliver world class customer service to customers, guests and employees.
Enter orders from distributors into System21 accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with and support production planning and distribution to ensure all reasonable customer requests and expectations are met or exceeded. Notify distributors of product availability or other issues with orders. Provide exceptional customer service by serving as a professional and friendly point of contact between distributors and operations.
Ensure all orders are accurate to prevent costs of misshipment. Monitor aging orders and work with customers and distribution; ship these orders as quickly as possible and speed up revenue cycle.
Ensure all orders are entered promptly and accurately, thereby maintaining stability in the production schedule and improving production efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by updating and reviewing Sys21 work orders and monitoring shipment activity.
Work to convert all customers to electronic order entry (EDI).
Use Sys21 to assist with distributor orders for direct imports from order receipt thru invoicing. Track orders to ensure they are invoiced promptly based on customer terms.
Identify, streamline, and document the order management process with focus on improving efficiencies, reducing errors, and improving the quality of work flow. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.
Establish well organized priorities for self-including timely submission of work, order entries, intercompany transfers and allocation management. Understand expectations on priorities/tasks and update workflow related to priorities, projects and tasks on a timely basis. Maintain accurate priority list; complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion; develop and monitor progress towards accomplishment of priorities, projects and tasks.
Create and develop a personal development plan with assistance of manager to improve a skill/competency that will develop personal skills and improve performance. Improve at least one skill each year as agreed with manager. Deliver on performance against outcomes. Continuously improve the quality of maintenance processes and services; and the culture in which we work.
Develop the skills needed to attain the desired career path within the organization. Individuals are responsible for identifying their own career goals and communicating same to their manager.

3-5 years relevant experience in Customer Service
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Requires Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
Experience with System 21 ERP software
Strong analytical and technical skills
Requires Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
12 months continuous experience in every previous job, at least
