Job Description: /Responsibilities

Bio: Responsible for order entry, intercompany transfer of finished goods, WMS daily report review/resolution, and allocation management. Communicates with customers, warehouse, production control and traffic department; maintains Customer Item Cross Reference; completes paperwork for receiving of alcohol and outgoing alcohol transfers. Provides receptionist duties and other duties as assigned. The primary focus is to deliver world class customer service to customers, guests and employees.

  • Enter orders from distributors into System21 accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with and support production planning and distribution to ensure all reasonable customer requests and expectations are met or exceeded. Notify distributors of product availability or other issues with orders. Provide exceptional customer service by serving as a professional and friendly point of contact between distributors and operations.

  • Ensure all orders are accurate to prevent costs of misshipment. Monitor aging orders and work with customers and distribution; ship these orders as quickly as possible and speed up revenue cycle.

  • Ensure all orders are entered promptly and accurately, thereby maintaining stability in the production schedule and improving production efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by updating and reviewing Sys21 work orders and monitoring shipment activity.

  • Work to convert all customers to electronic order entry (EDI).

  • Use Sys21 to assist with distributor orders for direct imports from order receipt thru invoicing. Track orders to ensure they are invoiced promptly based on customer terms.

  • Identify, streamline, and document the order management process with focus on improving efficiencies, reducing errors, and improving the quality of work flow. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.

  • Establish well organized priorities for self-including timely submission of work, order entries, intercompany transfers and allocation management. Understand expectations on priorities/tasks and update workflow related to priorities, projects and tasks on a timely basis. Maintain accurate priority list; complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion; develop and monitor progress towards accomplishment of priorities, projects and tasks.

  • Create and develop a personal development plan with assistance of manager to improve a skill/competency that will develop personal skills and improve performance. Improve at least one skill each year as agreed with manager. Deliver on performance against outcomes. Continuously improve the quality of maintenance processes and services; and the culture in which we work.

  • Develop the skills needed to attain the desired career path within the organization. Individuals are responsible for identifying their own career goals and communicating same to their manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Customer Service

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

PREFERRED

  • Requires Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry

  • Experience with System 21 ERP software

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Undergraduate Degree

  • Requires Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)

  • 12 months continuous experience in every previous job, at least

Create and promote a culture of quality. The direct impact will be improvement of Food Safety, Quality, teamwork, measurement, increase in consumer satisfaction, compliance with our 3rd party partners and regulations, supporting our global expansion, and reducing costs. A SME to provide plant leadership with accurate and timely data to make food safety and quality decisions. * Ensure MBBM complies with the current regulatory and legal requirements for quality and food safety. This includes 3rd party customers and changes in rules and regulations. * Lead your team in safe work practices, lead a culture of prevention, support established safety programs & training, and communicate/mentor safety standards. * Utilize the PDS system to continually improve skills through feedback and self-reflection. This position will also lead in building a quality talent base to ensure the continual improvement of the organization's quality skills and quality culture development. Conduct PDS reviews with direct reports and drive skill development in the MBBM quality team. * Develop and implement auditing to measure and track the Quality performance of MBBM. These measurements will then be used to improve operations and continually improve quality by working with the various departments. Monitor & improve HACCP initiatives by completing audits of all areas of operation for compliance. Act as liaison for third party auditing & inspection teams, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating requests for documentation, etc. * Continue to improve the Quality/Food Safety System. Leads MBBM, along with the Quality Manager, in the continual improvement of the quality processes and systems throughout the manufacturing organization. * Conducts PDS reviews with Direct Reports on identified competencies within the Quality Department. Ensure system correctly reflects performance & development needs. Along with the Quality Manager, develop a career plan that will allow for my progression toward long term objectives. Assist in mentoring quality professionals within the organization to reach their goals. * Lead the Lab Techs in standardizing test methods and reducing variability in results. Lead all levels of MBBM in food safety initiatives to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Lead food safety meetings to ensure HACCP and Food Safety Programs are effective and ensure validations are completed as needed * Ensure MBBM, through the quality/food safety system, meets the regulatory quality/food safety standards. Along with Quality Manager, leads in moving the ownership for quality/food safety to the source. In the end, all employees understand their role and responsibility for quality/food safety and are engaged in the quality and food safety processes ensuring customer satisfaction.
