What you will do

Responsible for processing orders received from representatives/customersvia EDI and fax.

How you will do it

  • Process electronic orders. Orders need to be reviewed, searching forcomments, drawing requests for non-standard items.

  • Enter orders that have specialrequirements once they have been reviewed and noted by engineering.

  • Monitor the OE queues and process in a timely manner.

  • Enter outsource orders and work with vendors.

  • Some report processing may be required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we look for

  • Perform control activities thoroughly and effectively asrequired.

  • High School Diploma required; Associate of Arts Degree (A.A.S)preferred; and two to three years of data entry / order processing.

  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond toquestions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety ofconcrete variables.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished inwritten, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word.

  • Experience using AS400 and EDI processing is a plus.
