Schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 12.75-hour shift on Friday, 13-hour shift on Saturday, 13-hour shift on Sunday

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team in Orange County. The Field RN will be responsible for traveling to patients' homes and managing all aspects of patient care related to services provided in the home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to the individualized plan of care

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician

• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques

• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

• Document all care provided accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS RN License

• Excellent clinical skills

• Previous home care experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Orange County
