10+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and systems requirements in a technology environment.
Experience with formal project management practices
Expertise and experience in the following business disciplines: Warehousing and/or Oracle ERP
Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) concepts and should have real life experience with WMS and all the interfaces with Inventory and Transportation
Knowledge of SDLC and experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Excellent planning, client support, communication and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings
Develops detailed functional specifications for modifications, defect corrections, enhancements, and user documentation. Performs process and data modeling
Performs integrated quality assurance testing on system changes before they are released to key users. Works with end users to perform user acceptance testing on system changes before they are released in production.
Proven ability to multi-task
Ability to work extended hours to achieve business / project objectives
Ability to respond to "on call" issues outside of scheduled work hours
Will be required to work from the office location in Jefferson City. Working from home is not an option.
Working knowledge of all aspects of Systems Development Life Cycle, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, Project Management, and Systems Analysis and Design
Provides customer support management for internal users(e.g., action item list, progress report, etc.) Ensures that client issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Elicit business and functional requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders and effectively compile and document these needs for systems design and development
Add value by understanding the business partners needs and providing options and recommendations on how best to meet those needs
Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Experienced business solutions analyst with in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP applications with focus on Operations, Distributions, and Financial modules.
Strong partnership skills include working cross functionally with implementation partners, internal IT organizations, and business leaders to drive large scale implementations globally. Understands the process areas associated with Oracle ERP solutions utilizing best practices
Works directly with IT and business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce effective technical design documentation using best practice development standards for the ERP system.
Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud products like Fusion, OTM etc. will be a big plus
