Operating as an individual contributor or as part of a team (on large complex projects with multiple Architects), interprets and develops client requirements into a solution which aligns with the overarching SOA Architecture. Collaboratively operates across business areas and technical areas to define architecture solutions that represent both business capabilities and the technical architecture roadmap.
Contribute to the definition of architectural policies, standards, and procedures for SOA suite of products.

Minimum skills and qualifications: -
Extensive Hands-on Experience and very good understanding of Oracle Service Bus (OSB) 12.2.1
Extensive Hands-on Experience on JCA adapter specifically IBM MQ, JMS, Oracle Database, File, FTP etc.
Good experience in Configuring JCA adapters, connection factory, data source in Web logic console
Very good experience in using JDeveloper 12.2.1 for OSB development and SOAP UI for automated testing
Good experience in using Hudson/Jenkins for code migration
Good understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, XQuery etc.
Good Understanding and Hands on experience on using REST/ JSON services
Familiar with OSB integration / IBM Data Power
Hands-on Experience on Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel integration with Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1
Good debugging/troubleshooting skills.
Bachelors or higher-level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
Five or more years performing architectural design and development of SOA enterprise applications
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
Expertise with agile software development life cycle
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic, critical thinker
Expert and proven analysis, judgment, decision making, organizational, and planning skills working in an autonomous and proactive manner, and a desire to continuously learn new skills

The Consultant – Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer is responsible for providing thought leadership and engineering expertise in support of the PAM program and strategy. As a member of the Identity & Access Management Team within Cybersecurity this individual will regularly interface with cross functional team members and Cybersecurity leaders to provide recommendations and to review progress of the program. Key Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional teams to identify short and long term improvement opportunities * Work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, Audit, and outside consulting to design solutions that meet Dell's risk and compliance requirements * Drive the replacement and/or improvement of legacy home-grown PAM solutions * Exhibit core expertise in existing PAM technologies and influence PAM future-state strategy * Document PAM requirements aligned to PAM strategy and oversee development and implementation * Review or write Audit Control Narratives for PAM related policies and standards * Contribute to evolving PAM policies and standards as PAM expert * As cloud technology SME, act as key influencer of the modernization of current PAM solutions * Lead PAM process improvement to strengthen security posture with user experience in mind * Identify and close gaps in user-facing documentation to drive higher rates of compliance * Actively participate in PAM UAT activities to improve quality and use experience for PAM related development Requirements * Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years of related experience in a professional role; or Master's Degree with 8+ years; or PhD with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent experience * Experience implementing identity management solutions for cloud platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Amazon Web Services, Google Services, and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry * Experience with 1 or more vaulting and credential management technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, Conjur, RSA, and/or Centrify * Knowledge and application of systems and security practices at global organization levels * Ability to analyze complex issues, determine its cause and impact to the business and identify the corrective action needed to eliminate and prevent the event for the future * Demonstrates proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data to make and/or recommend modifications to processes, systems and application software * Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes * Excellent communication and facilitation skills * Ability to effectively prioritize and to make confident real time decisions * Knowledge of compliance and control frameworks * Capable of understanding and applying new technologies to meet business requirements Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
