SCOPE OF POSITION:
We are looking for an SCM FunctionalSpecialist with experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud for our corporate office atLebanon, New Jersey. This position is responsible for:
Identifyingbusiness requirements and map them to the Oracle ERP Cloud functionality.
Leadingthe implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules across all CS businessunits.
Interactingwith the project team members responsible for developing reports,interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.

Gatherand document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- bebusiness process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functionalconfiguration, testing, end user training.
Conductsolution design workshops
Developbusiness process designs, perform functional configuration and perform unittesting
Developconversion and system implementation plans.
Identifyfunctionality gaps and provide solutions for them
Writefunction design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions andapplication extensions
Supportbusiness users with the execution of test scripts
Effectivelycommunicate and drive project deliverables
Providestatus and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regularbasis
Consistentlyproduces clear and concise status reports
Towork in collaboration with oracle support for resolving critical bugs
Towork independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision
Workingwith solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirementsinto solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.
Toassist in implementation of SCM solution across CS business units.
Recommendchanges to development, maintenance, and system standards.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (MinimumEducation and/or Experience required)
Supply Chain, experience preparing functional and technical designs
Requiredat least 3 end to end implementation experience on Oracle E-Business Suite R12
Familiaritywith Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Warehouse Management modules.
ExperienceQuote to Order, Plan to Make and Management and Procurement to Pay processes.
Experiencein 1 end to end implementation experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud
PreferredFunctional knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules
PreferredExpertise in SaaS and PaaS will be an added advantage
PreferredHands on implementation, maintenance and support of ERP application, Experiencewith Master Data Preferred Management
PreferredDesign and implementation of application Interfaces
Abilityto lead and motivate others
Strongorganizational and analytical skills
Abilityto understand and analyze business processes requirements to formulatetechnical solutions
Abilityto manage project scope and expectations
Strongverbal, written, and technical communication
Bachelor'sfrom 4-year college or university in Information Technology, management,economics, accounting and finance
Minimum4 to 8 years' experience in IT Field and 3 years' experience as Oracle SCM Cloud Functionalconsultant withan emphasis on manufacturing and plan to make.
OracleCloud ERP Certification is preferred
