6+ Years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Suite of Products

Deep technical and functional knowledge in the following Oracle Retail Products:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS Version 13.x and above)

Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM Version 13.x and above)

Oracle Allocation (Allocation Version 13.3 and above)

Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA Version 13.x and above)

Expertise in Oracle Forms, Pro*C, Unix Shell Scripting, PLSQL

Exposure to ESB, ETL is good to have.

Retail industry experience a plus

Demonstrated problem solving skills in complex system environment.

Ability to design and develop minor to major enhancements on existing systems

Job Description This role will focus on design, implementation, management, sustainment and coordination of Allstate's Digital Rights Management/Right's Management Service (DRM/RMS). Within the Data Loss Prevention and Classification Engineering team, you will work internally and with business stakeholders to ensure policies and configurations are in place that meet the organization's needs. This position will also perform day to day job functions within our Data Classification toolset(s). Job Responsibilities * Interview and meet with various business stakeholders to document DRM needs/risks/issues. * Along-side the Team Lead, design and document the Enterprise DRM strategy and processes. * Implement, Manage, and Sustain DRM technical controls * Implement, Manage and Sustain Data Classification/Marking controls. * Serve as a DRM subject matter expert within the organization to span technical, operational, governance, and business considerations. * Work side by side within the Allstate Data Loss Prevention team to ensure Data Marking/Classification and Rights Management toolsets are in sync with Data Loss Prevention tools. * Metrics collection and reporting of details relevant to data classification. * Troubleshoot issues / document root cause, resolutions. * Act as point of escalation for Right Management and Data Classification issues. * Coordination with technology and business groups as necessary. * Provide technical training and mentorship to peers and business stakeholders Job Qualifications * Minimum 5 years' experience working in an information security technical role. * Driven and self-starting, able to work under minimal supervision. * Experience working with various business and technical stakeholders to document and design strategic and technical roadmaps and processes. * Experience with Microsoft Rights Management within an enterprise environment. * Experience with Microsoft Azure Information Protection (AIP P2). * Experience working with unstructured data, metadata, email headers, data labeling, and classification. * Basic experience with Data Loss Prevention programs desired. * Strong understanding of general security and networking concepts and experience applying same in corporate network environments * Self-learner with a passion for IT security who is adaptable to changing requirements * Ability to work successfully with others in large and small cross-functional teams. * Ability to motivate and inspires others to perform at a high level, taking appropriate risks, and accepting personal accountability for actions and decisions. * Assertiveness - Ability to troubleshoot incidents until root cause resolutions. * Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.) * Industry recognized certifications (GIAC, ISC2, ISACA) a plus. * O365 or Azure certifications a plus. * Symantec DLP experience a plus.
