Job Description:
Must Have Experience with:

c. GL
d. P2P (procure to pay)
Responsibilities also include:
Support the IT change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Operations, Engineering and IT management in the design, development, and deployment of the organization's Oracle Oracle 12.1.3 eBusiness Suite.
Develop test scenarios and test cases, including execution and test run validation and coordinate functional user testing.
Design and development of operational workflows, the development and execution of the roll out strategies, cut-over plans, end-user training and support, and end-user documentation.
Understand the complexities, interdependencies and data flow of business processes across applications which include GL, AP, AR, PO, Projects, and FA.
Develop clear functional business requirements/specifications
Assist in defining and documenting business processes and workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues through discussion with end users and technical lead. Includes problem recognition, research, and isolation and resolution steps.
Communication with Oracle Financials development and database teams.
Must be an effective communicator (written and oral) across all levels of organization, including users, developers and management.
Knowledgeable about Software Development Life Cycle models.
Must have experience documenting requirements and developing system / user test plans.
Able to solve complex problems and be able to make compelling and persuasive presentations to win approval for recommendations.
Willing to listen to and collaborate with clients, have a driving passion for innovative solutions and can deliver practical, sustainable results; and if
Able to think and analyze critically.
Communicate effectively using verbal/written skills.
Develop value-added analysis for client-driven projects.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Provide financial/accounting support services.
Strengthen pre-existing client relationships.

GENERAL FUNCTION The Sr. Analyst- Supply Chain is accountable for the financial and operational reporting, fulfillment, planning and budgeting for the supply chain department. Performs statistical and analytical studies; prepares and assists in the Supply Chain reports, improvement tools, business cases, and presentations/publications according to prescribed guidelines   MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Budgeting and Planning- Development of budgets for the Supply Chain Department; provides information and assists staff in budget preparation, implementation, and control; prepares, balances, compiles, and enters budget data. * Communications and Technical Support - Maintains communication with internal team regarding supply chain matters; provides information and technical support in the development and revision of supply chain reports; assists in the development and documentation of office systems and procedures. * Fulfillment & Service Reporting- Prepares reports and presentations as required by the Supply Chain and/or NPI Department. Assists Supply Chain Department in compiling data and interpreting service level data; maintains statistical reports and key performance indicators; plans and monitors timelines and project plans to meet strict deadlines reviews and verifies statistical and financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Research and Data Analysis- Researches and analyzes financial and business process data for Supply Chain team; creates, organizes, and maintains files using database and spreadsheet programs; retrieves and organizes data into required reporting formats; collects, retrieves and organizes data to identify cost savings/value improvement opportunities and resolve inquiries; recommends solutions ensuring that corrections or changes are implemented properly. * Perform factory capacity analysis to be able to forecast capacity constraints and recommend capital investment for supporting special projects according to market needs. * Work with Production Planning team to monitor weekly/monthly production plans at SKU level. * Develop Inventory Management Strategies to support the Master Production Schedule at the Finished and Semi-Finished Goods, as well as financial working capital budget. * Monitor planning dashboards and manage Supply Chain KPI’s.   BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Engineering related field * 4+ years planning experience in a manufacturing environment * Knowledge of generally accepted financial/business analytic principles and procedures; standard software applications, principles and techniques of financial/business case preparation, project administration, statistical methods and technical writing. * Interprets and explains complex data/analytics; make decisions on a variety of complex matters in accordance with established procedures. * Sets priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines. * Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures * Advanced Skills with MS Excel, MS Access and basic MS desktop applications * Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities in a fast paced environment * Strong written and oral communication skills   PLUS FACTORS * Supply Chain Experience on a High Volume Manufacturing Environment. * Demand Planning, Operations and Warehousing Experience * APICS certification Upon request and consistent with applicable laws, Luxottica will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who need assistance in the application and hiring process.
