Position Title: Oracle EPM Technical Manager/Developer

The impact you'd drive:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM suite technologies and a proven track record of implementing and supporting EPM solutions for enterprise clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM solutions to meet our clients' business requirements.

What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical solutions using Oracle EPM suite technologies. Development : Develop custom applications, scripts, and integrations using Oracle EPM tools such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management (HFM), Data Relationship Management (DRM), and Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE).

Configuration : Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet specific business needs, including metadata management, security setup, and workflow design.

Integration : Integrate Oracle EPM applications with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other integration tools.

Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques to enhance the performance and scalability of Oracle EPM applications.

Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Oracle EPM applications and integrations.

Documentation : Prepare technical design documents, installation guides, and user manuals for Oracle EPM solutions.

Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure proper usage and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.

You should apply if you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM solutions.

  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM suite technologies such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, DRM, and FDMEE.

  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other ETL tools.

  • Strong understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle EPM certification(s).

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM offerings.

  • Tableau experience, architecture, design and implementation

  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and scripting languages.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
