Amazon Robotics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will be part of the Information Technology team focused on delivering enterprise applications to employees throughout Amazon Robotics. The BSA will manage the needs assessment, solution configuration, application testing and deployment activities of several key applications that provide automated and scalable services to our supply chain and manufacturing user communities.

Support supply chain, commodity and procurement teams by providing solutions to business problems using Oracle EBS applications Release 12.x
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and process owner supporting and enhancing functionality in the areas of demand planning, MRP, and purchasing processes
Collaborate cross functionally with logistics, finance, quality ,PLM team to assist in system improvements
Create documents for business requirements, system configuration, detailed functional design, test plans/test cases, and user training and implementation.
Make recommendations for future state business processes and solutions that meet or exceed expressed business needs
Participate in system testing for patching and other software upgrades
Create / update training materials as needed
Lead in projects to evaluate, qualify and select third party software, vendors and/or service providers.
