HCSC is transitioning to Oracle ERP Cloud platform and is looking for professionals who can be a part of the Finance Systems Innovation organization. The individual must have experience with implementing or supporting Oracle ERP cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite. The individual will be responsible for providing functional support across several cloud modules such as; General Ledger, Allocations, Accounts Payable, Project Costing, Asset Management and Procurement and is expected to be the primary liaison between business and technical teams. This leader will be a finance thought partner in FSD's transformation efforts through continuous improvement of business processes and focus on operational efficiencies.

  • Consult and participate in Cloud upgrade releases and new projects involving strategy, implementation and support

  • Assess impact of patches on training, interfaces, processes, documentation, etc. Make recommendations for adoption of new or changed functionality

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to resolve help desk issues and vendor service requests

  • Create and maintain existing documentation (Configuration, test scripts, functional specs for reporting and integration)

  • Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices

  • Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes)

  • Assist with functional testing of monthly, quarterly and emergency patches

  • Assist in training support


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field from an accredited college/university

  • Functional professional with a minimum of 3+ years' experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite applications and/or completion of one full ERP Cloud implementation

  • Detailed understanding of financial or human resources business processes

  • Experience with Cloud release upgrade process; Ability to perform and lead business process impact analysis while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders

  • Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, performing impact analysis and testing.

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype functional configuration, testing, user training

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to solve problems involving remote and elusive symptoms often spanning multiple business areas/functions

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future


  • Consulting experience with top-tier consulting firm

  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Cloud applications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
