HCSC is transitioning to Oracle ERP Cloud platform and is looking for professionals who can be a part of the Finance Systems Innovation organization. The individual must have experience with implementing or supporting Oracle ERP cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite. The individual will be responsible for providing functional support across several cloud modules such as; General Ledger, Allocations, Accounts Payable, Project Costing, Asset Management and Procurement and is expected to be the primary liaison between business and technical teams. This leader will be a finance thought partner in FSD's transformation efforts through continuous improvement of business processes and focus on operational efficiencies.

Consult and participate in Cloud upgrade releases and new projects involving strategy, implementation and support
Assess impact of patches on training, interfaces, processes, documentation, etc. Make recommendations for adoption of new or changed functionality
Work directly with business stakeholders to resolve help desk issues and vendor service requests
Create and maintain existing documentation (Configuration, test scripts, functional specs for reporting and integration)
Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices
Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes)
Assist with functional testing of monthly, quarterly and emergency patches
Assist in training support
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field from an accredited college/university
Functional professional with a minimum of 3+ years' experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite applications and/or completion of one full ERP Cloud implementation
Detailed understanding of financial or human resources business processes
Experience with Cloud release upgrade process; Ability to perform and lead business process impact analysis while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders
Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, performing impact analysis and testing.
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype functional configuration, testing, user training
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to solve problems involving remote and elusive symptoms often spanning multiple business areas/functions
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
