Description The Oracle Cloud ERP Application Analyst II (HCM/Finance/Supply Chain) evaluates complex client area Oracle Cloud ERP requirements and processes (e.g., new, enhancements or maintenance) and delivers a training approach, defines training plans, build training artifacts and conducts training for all major Oracle Cloud (HCM/Finance/Supply Chain) application initiatives and new implementations. Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Work with client management teams to develop proficient knowledge of core applications and an understanding of business processes.

Coordinate, direct and implement comprehensive training programs. Strategically plan and identify training requirement needs or challenges.

Identify and recommend alternative training strategies by evaluating organization anticipated outcomes.

Create clear and understandable training artifacts and content including job aides, e-learning, how-to videos, FAQ's, etc. Creates, organizes and plans multiple training program options which best support the training audience (one-on-one, group, in-person, virtual, videos, etc.) Define, coordinate and rollout training schedule.

Ability to independently facilitate training programs, assess training effectiveness and make adjustments which best supports training experience.

May act as a Project Leader. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience: Five years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM/Finance/Supply Chain applications defining, building and delivering business application based training content.

Proven strong communication skill, methods and strategies Requires a broad knowledge of the client area's functions and systems, and application program development technological alternatives Compensation Statement The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $135,285.00 Annually.

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
