Responsibilities

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

  • Prepare deliverables

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred skills

Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success, as both an individual contributor and functional team member, with identifying and addressing client needs related to consulting, designing, and implementing various Oracle application-based solutions, including:

  • Improving business processes on of Oracle packaged solutions, including but not limited to: Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, CC&B, Siebel and Hyperion;

  • Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients of all Industries and Sectors.

Demonstrates some proven abilities and success with one or more Oracle application modules doing functional configuration and/or technical development, including:

  • Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment;

  • Designing, building, testing and deploying various Oracle solutions;

  • Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;

  • As a team member, understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.

BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION Position provides day-to-day oversight for the statewide School Based Services Program and assists with other community collaborative programs. TYPICAL FUNCTIONS Provides direction in program budget development. Plans and develops School Based Services Program to achieve its goals and objectives. Oversees administration of the School Based Services Program across the state including: engaging with participating schools and community partners; gathering, analyzing and reporting program data; and developing and monitoring contracts. Responsible for recruitment, selection, and management of School Based Social Services Specialists to serve assigned area schools for the improvement of child welfare services. Develops policies and procedures for the School Based Services Program. Supervises subordinates and their performance, providing training, directing their work, establishing their performance guidelines, and assessing their performance. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Knowledge of agency policy, of state and federal regulations relevant to agency programs, of sound methods of administration; and of methods of management and planning. * Skill in administering programs and supervising personnel, in maintaining positive working relationships; and in exercising good judgment in the solution of problems. * Ability to establish and maintain positive relations across agency divisional offices and vendor and community partners. * Ability to serve as a consultant, team leader, or member of focus groups, etc. for initiatives, programs, and/or projects of the Community Collaborative Program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Completion of the curriculum requirements for a master's degree, and two years of professional supervisory, managerial, consultative or administrative experience* in public health administration, social work, guidance and counseling, mental retardation, probation and parole, public administration, or personnel administration; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. * Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. LICENSE/CERTIFICATE (This is optional except if position requires, i.e. licensed by Oklahoma Board of Nursing). NOTES A conditional offer of employment to final candidate will be contingent upon a favorable background check and a substance abuse screening.
