Analyze, design, configure and test Oracle enhancements to support business processes.
Participate in Oracle EBS projects involving configuration, requirements gathering, ad-hoc requests from business and production support.
Provide day to day support of the Oracle EBS environment including, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support.
Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how Oracle platforms are leveraged, and bring best practices to the forefront.
Produce detailed system requirements specifications, data, and test plans, using standardized documentation methods.
Ensure that proposed solutions comply with the company's technology direction.
Ensure compliance with company's change and security policies.
Provide general technical support for Oracle system and user training.
Own relationship between business areas and IT by being a liaison for stakeholders
Lead discussions to determine stakeholder needs and develop business requirements for specific tasks
Perform reviews and analysis on current processes to determine areas for optimization
Assist with the development of user acceptance testing plans and lead that effort to ensure the deliverable satisfies their requirements
Develop required documentation for projects including design, development and deployment plans.
Develop a set of tools and standards for the practice of Business & Systems analysis.
Experience in the role of a Business analyst supporting Oracle ERP applications
Experience with Oracle EBS Applications Release 12.x in a functional role supporting Financials, Order Management, and Logistics.
Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in eCommerce, financial and marketing systems
Experience working with senior management and decision makers
Ability to work independently and with others
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, Atlassian suite, Smartsheets
Experience developing and presenting analytical data using charts and reports
Experience creating workflows and diagrams of complex systems integrations
