  • Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, configure and test Oracle enhancements to support business processes.

  • Participate in Oracle EBS projects involving configuration, requirements gathering, ad-hoc requests from business and production support.

  • Provide day to day support of the Oracle EBS environment including, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support.

  • Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how Oracle platforms are leveraged, and bring best practices to the forefront.

  • Produce detailed system requirements specifications, data, and test plans, using standardized documentation methods.

  • Ensure that proposed solutions comply with the company's technology direction.

  • Ensure compliance with company's change and security policies.

  • Provide general technical support for Oracle system and user training.

  • Own relationship between business areas and IT by being a liaison for stakeholders

  • Lead discussions to determine stakeholder needs and develop business requirements for specific tasks

  • Perform reviews and analysis on current processes to determine areas for optimization

  • Assist with the development of user acceptance testing plans and lead that effort to ensure the deliverable satisfies their requirements

  • Develop required documentation for projects including design, development and deployment plans.

  • Develop a set of tools and standards for the practice of Business & Systems analysis.

  • Qualifications:

  • Experience in the role of a Business analyst supporting Oracle ERP applications

  • Experience with Oracle EBS Applications Release 12.x in a functional role supporting Financials, Order Management, and Logistics.

  • Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams

  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in eCommerce, financial and marketing systems

  • Experience working with senior management and decision makers

  • Ability to work independently and with others

  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, Atlassian suite, Smartsheets

  • Experience developing and presenting analytical data using charts and reports

  • Experience creating workflows and diagrams of complex systems integrations

Responsibilities The purpose of this requirement is to provide the SAF/AQX organization, and other Headquarters Air Force organizations, support in the development and maintenance of strategic plans, which will allow agencies to establish linkage among planning elements such as mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and performance management initiatives. We will provide support in aligning organizational investments in people, technology and capital to the overall strategies while assisting in the development and articulation of the agencies strategic vision with corresponding mission, business, and performance measures. The Senior Business Analyst (IT) shall provide Information Technology (IT) - System Sustainment, Implementation, Integration, & Process Improvement and * Provide AQ Domain IT-related services in support of the following disciplines: infrastructure, project, portfolio, knowledge, and change management efforts to fully integrate continually improving acquisition processes into the overall Air Force acquisition enterprise. Support in this area shall include requirements definition and refinement; analytics, process reengineering; information technology assessment, engineering, implementation, sustainment, and training; data and data structure analysis and design; and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) evaluation, selection, procurement, training, and stand-up. * Perform alternative system design studies under this task. * Provide the resources to evaluate emerging IT and IT-related technologies. Based on this evaluation, the Contractor may be required to identify and evaluate prototype solutions and present findings and recommendations to the Air Force for its consideration * Support the benchmarking, operational capability demonstrations, and acquisition of commercial program/portfolio management tools, source selection tools, modeling and simulation tools, and related design, integration, database population/ maintenance, and other services to further enhance the use of best practices and the transparency of program information to decision makers. * Assist in supporting Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and Enterprise Architecture support efforts to ensure compliance to National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) requirements for defense business system modernizations in excess of $1 million or as needed. * Support and promote BPR and change management tools by aligning skills to embrace and implement an agile acquisition agenda. * Provide service support to the Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) process, specifically information services in the areas of, governance and security, business requirements reviews, acquisition strategy development and compliance, audit, and overall IT compliance. * Support the USAF Acquisition Chief Information Officer (CIO) in sustaining and evolving improvement strategies supporting the DoD and USAF acquisition domain priorities. * Provide consulting and business planning services to support continuous improvement, analysis, integration, and implementation of acquisition information technology strategies; architectures; program planning and assessment; and risk, trade-off, requirements, alternatives, and feasibility studies. * Support plans, processes, procedures, and information systems that enhance collaboration and data transparency requirements. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Master's Degree plus 9 years of related experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus 11 years of related experience OR a High School Diploma plus 15 years of related experience; * Active SECRET clearance.
