NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Oracle Apps Developer to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day job Duties:

  • Engage in business meetings to understand and review the feasibility of the business requirements.

  • Gather business requirements for enhancement, customizations and develop technical requirement documents.

  • Rollout configuration for new location

  • Make changes or create new Discoverer reports

  • Customization of reprots

  • Prepare estimate based upon the custom requirement and prepare project schedule

  • Have regular interaction with the offshore team and make sure that they understand the business requirements for the project deliverables.

  • Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform POCs and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions

  • Work closely with Oracle support and raise service request as and when required for business critical issues.

  • Display proficiency with the modules and toots used for the ERP

  • Involve in post implementation support to provide solution for production issues or for any other maintenance activities which might also involve change management process.

  • Test and document all code changes. This includes Unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, and performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience across the Oracle ERPs at major consulting firm or systems integrator

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL and SCM modules

  • Travel: This position requires someone who can work at client location and travel if required to achieve it. Preferred location is Dallas, TX.

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Basic Qualifications:

Min 3+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL and SCM modules
