Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience.

Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.

Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.

This position The Oracle Cloud ERP System Administrator is responsible for supporting the initial implementation as well as on going administration of DocuSign's Oracle Cloud ERP solution. The position is required to provide technical support, instance administration, release management, incident management and routine upgrade support. The Oracle Cloud Administrator will provide oversight and management for the overall health of the components supporting the company's ERP software environment; and is responsible for integrating the day-to-day operational functions, maintenance, training, and technical assistance to the end users of the ERP system. The Administrator will manage multiple production and development system environments and has responsibility for system enhancements, changes, and project support. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Applications Responsibilities * Perform service-specific maintenance and administration tasks. * View and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime. * Manage all Service Requests (SRs) to coordinate and complete any Administration tasks. * Works with internal staff, 3rd party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages. * Monitors and communicates system performance metrics and works with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues. * Add and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business. * Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by project team. * Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement. * Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles. * Create, maintain, and update step-by-step processes and guidelines for user community to use as training material and documentation * Keep documentation and team member training material up to date * Proactively identify and propose scalable application features and functionality that improves global financial business process and overall systems user experience * Educates business partners on how to successfully engage and work with IT Basic Qualifications * 5+ years combined ERP system administration and support experience; recent/relevant experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP applications suites; and ITIL, PMP, and/or Oracle Certifications * Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or related field of study * Experience developing and working in Agile scrum teams Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated expertise implementing and supporting Tier 1 ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.), best in class cloud platforms enabling business users to drive expansion and utilization of these platforms directly * Strong business/relevant industry acumen with the ability to build strong customer relationships, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization * Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily * Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Management certification. * Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. * Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. * Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
