$5,000 sign on bonus!

50% paid upon signing. Remainder paid after 90 days.

SeniorWellisa pioneer in mobile healthcare, providing on-site audiology, dentistry, optometry and podiatry services to nursing facilities across the Midwest. SeniorWell team members have over 20 years of industry experience dedicated to serving residents of long-term care facilities.

We have an immediate need for FULL-TIME or PART-TIME,traveling, independent contractors of Optometryservices.

Think of this as an exceptional opportunity to launch a new practice or expand a current one. You will provide the personalized care, SeniorWell will provide everything else including:

Patient scheduling.

Medical records and patient files maintenance.

Medical coding, billing and collections.

Company car or a mileage allowance.

Portable equipment and supplies, including scrubs, GPS unit, cell phone, etc.

Trained medical assistant.

In short, SeniorWell offers you a turnkey optometry practice with NO investment and none of the challenges of running a business. There are NO offices to lease, NO equipment to purchase, NO inventory costs and NO personnel issues to deal with.

Responsibilities

You will spend your time caring for patients, not managing a practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing off-site testing, diagnostic services and recommendations.

Administering patients optical healthcare and patient education.

Maintaining clinical records and charts as specified by the company.

Performing all services and duties in a manner consistent with company policies, procedures, processes, and quality standards.

Recognizing and responding to needs and age-specific parameters of older adults.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Licensure in Optometry for appropriate state we can assist with the process if necessary.

Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude.

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills.

Valid drivers license.

The Diesel Mechanic, Maintenance Technician position is to repair company equipment in a safe, timely, cost effective and practical manner. Company equipment consists of Heavy Trucks, Forklifts, etc. Depending upon the level of experience and the degree of supervision involved, this position description may apply to the following job titles: Apprentice Mechanic, Mechanic's Helper, Mechanic, Lead Mechanic, and Journeyman Mechanic. Specialized jobs might include body specialist, fender specialist, and painter. Responsibilities * Build, rebuild and repair all parts of company equipment as may be required in the department to which they are assigned. * Diagnose any mechanical, electrical or other breakdown or failure to a motor truck or related equipment. * Read precision instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, voltmeters, digital multimeters, calibrators and other electronic diagnostic tools. * Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of the component parts and systems on the truck or truck tractor; or the component parts and systems of the trailer or converter dolly. (This requirement may not apply to body and frame specialists). * When applicable use welding skills and knowledge of metals to complete truck repairs. * Individuals who work on converter dollies must be able to weld horizontally and vertically without air pockets in the bead. * Apply knowledge of DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA rules and regulations. Qualifications * High School Degree or equivalent preferred * Diesel Truck Maintenance Degree preferred * 1 year of truck repair experience preferred. * Must have working knowledge of most of the systems located on a truck or truck tractor, a semi-trailer or converter dolly. * Ability to work in extremely hot or cold climates. * Must be able to read precision instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, voltmeters, digital multimeters, calibrators and other electronic diagnostic tools. * Must be able to troubleshoot and do failure analysis of some of the component parts and systems on the truck or truck tractor; or the component parts and systems of the trailer or converter dolly * Be able to provide one's own tools to perform Maintenance work Join the OD Family Today!
