Primary Eyecare Center is looking to add an eager Associate Optometrist to the team's multi-location practice, located in the central coast region of California. The practice specializes in primary care, infant and child eye care, low vision, management of ocular disease, myopia control, specialty contact lenses, and surgical co-management. This tech-forward practice uses advanced technology to detect and treat vision and ocular conditions. Equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, the practices also feature optical boutiques offering contemporary designer frames and traditional styles. Additionally, the Opticians provide customized visual solutions using the latest technology in lightweight lenses, no-glare lenses, and progressive lens designs.

What you'll do:

As an Associate Optometrist, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse population of patients, playing a vital role in ensuring optimal vision health for individuals of all ages. Leveraging advanced technology, including Optomap, OCT, AVFI, you'll have access to cutting-edge equipment and resources to deliver accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

This opportunity offers weekly hours of 36 to 40 hours during this time, you can anticipate seeing 16-18 patients per day including 12-13 comprehensive exams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the vision and well-being of patients within the community.

• Per diem with production bonus = $140,000-$150,000/year starting salary

Minimum Qualifications:

• Optometry license in the state of California

• Open to new grads

Preferred Specialties:

• Exposure to specialty contacts including scleral lenses
