MISSION OF THE ROLE:
The Optometrist's mission is to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnosing and treating vision-related symptoms as well instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment.

Current O.D. license in the state where the practice is located
Must have a Medicaid Provider number and NPI number
Responsible for keeping license active, current and in good standing
Some travel, less than 10% of the time.
