Optometric Assistant/Receptionist - Full Time/Part Time

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Optometric Assistant - Full Time or Part Time to become a part of our team We are a private practice in the San Jose Evergreen area. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude, friendly, and has an outgoing personality with good people skills.

We offer competitive salary with benefits including 401k plan, vision, paid holidays, paid time off and bonuses Must be able to work on Saturdays and speak some Vietnamese preferred. Salary is based on experience. Responsibilities: Handle front and back office administrative duties.

Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.

Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures Appointment scheduling and billing. Assist with eyeglass frame selection and dispensing. ​ Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare or related fields is helpful Familiarity with medical billing procedures is helpful Strong organizational skills Vietnamese speaking preferred Company Description We are a private Optometry practice in the San Jose Evergreen Area. Hours are weekdays 10-6 pm and Saturdays 9-4 pm.
