Milpitas, CA- Fully Onsite Working Hours: 9-5 M-F Job Description: · Design, build, and prototype testing the next-generation broadband plasma (BBP) Wafer inspection opto-mechanical assemblies. Responsibilities: · Collaborated development with core suppliers. · Sustain current broadband plasma (BBP) product lines with the manufacturing division. · Work with system, optical, electrical, and software engineers to derive the subsystem requirements and conduct design reviews. Experience: · CAD Modeling:

Creo/ProEngineer experience preferred. · Precision mechanism development: actuator selection, tolerance analysis, lifetime evaluation, optics mounting, alignment & adjustment design, etc. · CAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience preferred). · Qualify and release the mechanism design and provide support for onsite manufacturing. · 7 to 10 years of industry experience. Skills: · CAD Modeling:

Creo/ProEngineer experience · CAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience preferred). Education: · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). About US Tech Solutions:
