II-VI Optical Systems' designs, manufactures, assembles and tests precision optical systems and components. Our products have been deployed on military platforms such as submarines, tanks, missiles, fighter jets and UAV's. Basic Job Functions:
Under direct, close supervision, learns to carefully clean finished parts of various materials without scratching so that parts are completely free of dust, stains, residue or any other surface particles
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
1-3 months related experience and/or training
a) Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
b) Ability to perform operations using American money, weight, volume and distance measurement.
a) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
a) Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in furnished written, oral or diagram form
