Perform deep dive analysis on process deficiencies and create clear outputs of evaluations.
Responsible for evaluating work drivers within the core processing teams and providing end to end evaluation and execution of solutions (i.e opportunities to influence client behavior, capability/platform deficiencies).
Collect, maintain & develop relevant metric details for in scope efforts.
Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit.
Develop clear, concise solutions through coordination with various groups within Tech, Ops and Business.
Knowledge of Global Markets Operations, Prime Brokerage, Custody, Institutional FICC & Equity.
Operations Experience: Knowledge of Middle Office & Back Office processing (trade capture, settlement, confirmation, life cycle management, asset servicing).
Experience in data collection, process mapping, and process analysis.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to switch between tasks and to prioritize work effectively.
Intellectually curious, creative thinker, change-focused.
Ability/willingness to continuously learn on the job.
Intermediate-level Excel knowledge or higher.
Able to build relationships, credibility and collaborate at many levels.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills .
