Opportunity House Case Manager

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

Purpose:

Provide guidance and support to young adults (18-24+) navigating post-secondary education. Foster connections to schools, employers, and communities, to enhance independent living skills in order to successfully transition into the workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Case Management to residents

• Assess, coordinate, and provide direct services to participants

• Outreach to schools and community partners for recruitment

• Documentation and Data Entry

• Collaborate with regional service providers to develop/enhance programming options

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Valid Driver's license with clean driving history

• Must be able to pass background checks

• 2 years case management experience

• Work/volunteer experience with young adults (18-24) preferred

• Flexible schedule: Occasional evening/weekend hours are required

This is an Exempt position with a $36,000 - $38,000
