About the role This position is responsible for operating industrial production machinery in a safe, clean, and efficient manner including inspection and packaging of product and maintaining materials on the production line. Responsibilities Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures Performs inspection and packing of wall plates as directed while following related work instructions Documents production and other information where applicable Places identification into each container of parts or finished goods unless alternate method has been established Isolates suspect material and alerts technician, quality assurance, and/or supervision in the event of non-conformance Maintains a clean machine and work area Relocates any defective parts or assemblies to specified scrap containers Supports Material Handler position as needed Attends department stand-up meetings Performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to sorting and rework Local Essential Functions: West Jefferson Performs changeovers on packaging machines Performs simple machine adjustments and light mechanical repair Replaces product components such as film, barcode ribbon and screws as needed Performs minor machine adjustments and repairs Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Manufacturing experience preferred Travel This position may require up to 1% What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include:
