Production

• Safety always takes priority over production.

• Ensures all DMS checklists and documentation is filled out completely and correctly.

• Loads roll stand.

• Keeps ink at correct viscosity. (Cut 2)

• Cleaning ink stations. (Cut 2)

• Operates the butt splicer.

• Inspects for quality of printing and cutting.

• Packs cartons on pallets for W.I.P. or in corrugated cases for finished goods warehouse.

• Places the tag in the load for CNG pallets.

• Assists presspersons with setting up machine during make ready.

• Assists operator with locating corrugated cases where applicable.

• Responsible for product safety and product quality, and reports product safety and product quality problems to Senior Management or Quality Manager.

Maintenance

• Can assist in maintenance of machine when necessary.

Housekeeping

• Assists with housekeeping of machine.

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the equipment in their assigned area.

Machinery

• Assists presspersons with preventative maintenance.

• Assists presspersons with troubleshooting problems on the machinery.
