Without supervision, oversees and directs the work of small to medium size Vacuum jobs at client's site in accordance with client and business requirements and PSC policies, practices and procedures.


  • Instructs, directs and assists crew in performance of job duties to complete work in accordance with client requirements and PSC policies, practices and procedures. Enforces PSC employee policies and may remove employee from job when required. Reads work order and ensures all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting job.

  • Inspects equipment and general work area prior to starting any job. Corrects deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity or harm to equipment or that are inconsistent with client's requirements.

  • Communicates

  • Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.

  • Completes all appropriate paperwork including service receipts, and submits to designated management.

  • Trains Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.

  • Operates all necessary equipment in service line (chemical, hydro-blasting, painting/blasting, asbestos and vacuum) in accordance with operation training and safety procedures.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Chemical Awareness & Application school

Paperwork training


  • CDL with Class A or B

  • Compliance with MVR policy

  • Compliance with Drug policy

  • Compliance with Background checking policy

  • Compliance with DOT physical requirements

  • Possess BASIC Safety Council Reciprocal Card

Possess all required I-9 documentation JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Efficient, effective and safe Operation of all vacuum equipment and tasks that make up service line job processes


  • Ability to conform to work hours

  • Operational knowledge of tools, equipment and tasks in job processes

  • Ability to complete all paperwork WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • On Call 24/7

  • Ability to report to work within one hour of receiving call to work.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Background in operating other heavy equipment, loaders, dozers and excavators helpful. This individual will also be responsible for general laborer duties at the operation. Individual will be performing service work on equipment, grounds keeping and other duties as assigned. PRIMARY DUTIES * Operate equipment efficiently to maintain production goals. * Assist with setup and tear down of plants. * Perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required or directed by supervisor. * General housekeeping of equipment and plant on a daily basis or as directed by supervisor. * Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis. * The use of a shovel to move material will be necessary. * Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy. * Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup. * General labor duties at the operation performing service work on equipment, grounds keeping * Other duties as assigned. BACKGROUND * Must hold an M.S.H.A. 5000-23 certificate. * Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications. * Team player. * Mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform routine maintenance. * Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch. * Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
