Job Responsibilities

Optimization of processes and plant equipment:

• Responsible for the operation and control of NDT machine.

• Responsible for operating computer automated machinery and equipment.

• Responsible for equipment adjustment and tool changes, adjusting process parameters correctly, equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Responsible for evaluating defects.

• Responsible for overseeing of bundle loading.

• Responsible for TPM/5's of NDT equipment and urgent repair of the equipment.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Organization:

• Effectively use a computer for data entry, reporting and word processing.

• Obeying all safety rules and regulations.

• Ensuring compliance for all environmental concerns.

Management:

• Communicate with all team members (maintenance and production) to ensure good two-way communication on all issues.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• Previous experience in Quality or NDT preferred.

• Prefer knowledge of computer-operated machine operation.

• Must be able to master NDT principal knowledge and NDT machine equipment operation.

• Knowledge of compiling reports and ensuring compliance.

• Must have a team player attitude.

• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively use interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to organize and explain complex data in a clear manner.

• Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.

• Ability to work in a Team orientated atmosphere.

• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisors, coworkers, and management.
