The Role

This role will require Mobile Mixing Unit Driving/Operation as well as maintenance and upkeep of this equipment. You will operate plant and equipment to provide blasting products and services to customers. And to assist in providing a quality service of bulk explosives to customers in a safe and environmentally conscious manner at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • At least one year of experience driving and/or handling materials.

  • Requires Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement.

  • Knowledgeable of DOT regulations.

  • Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.

  • Good attention to detail and math skills to handle inventory on daily basis.

  • Ability to prioritize various projects, ongoing daily tasks, and high priority situations to maximize efficiency.

Physical Requirements

  • Work Environment involves being outside in all types of weather.

  • Lifting up to 60 pounds and carrying 50 pounds or more of product or other materials.

  • Pushing/Pulling in working with equipment.

  • Other Activities include frequent bending and squatting during preparation for shots.

As Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis; focusing on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance including analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.), analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.), and financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities. Reporting directly to the Director Finance, this position is based in Sellersburg, Indiana*. Major Accountability: * Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of the Beverage's Group financials. * Supports the development of the forecast by collaborating with the business operators/management to identify key drivers, risks and opportunities and mitigation plans. * Assists in the development of the strategic plan by modeling out future initiatives and helping the leadership team understand the drivers behind future revenue streams, returns on investment and prioritization of key initiatives. * Performs ad hoc financial modeling to support existing and new business opportunities. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: * Constructs proforma financials that carve out areas of the business to allow for more informed decision making. * Performs sensitivity analysis on key financial drivers to help management understand the potential financial impact of decisions. * Works with operating departments to forecast and review major operating expense categories and identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction. * Recommends new or modified reporting to improve both the quality and data of the presentation. * Drives improvements in HFM reporting metrics delivering training and working one on one with peers to resolve gaps.
