Ability to perform routine manual and semi-skilled work in the underground construction industry. Responsible for the equipment used in their day to day operations. This position may operate a variety of hand and power tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Based upon the level of position, not all functions may apply)

  • Preparation of construction site, digging trenches and setting of support braces in trenches

  • Perform job tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policy

  • Ability to use shovels, picks, axes, portable grinders and buffers, hand wire brushes, jackhammers, tampers, paving breakers and weed eaters

  • Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew

  • Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles

  • Must ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment

  • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment

  • The flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions

  • Maintain a clean job site and to pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day

  • Other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Based upon the level of position, not all may apply)

  • Must be reliable and able to work in a team environment

  • Excellent reading skills to understand and comprehend all construction warning signs

  • Require passing a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug tests

  • Be able to work out of state for extended periods of time

  • Great attention to safety

  • Willing to travel

  • Able to work in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations

  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures

  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle

  • Experience operating heavy equipment

  • Preferred experience within the Construction, Pipeline or Gas Distribution industry

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The employee is subject to outside environmental conditions, no effective protection from the weather. The employee is subject to extreme cold and warm temperatures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Will lifting, pushing, pulling or carries heavy objects; using abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support. Must have good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and balance. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; stoop; reach; climb; bend; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.

Summary: Perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices in a cleanroom environment by following written specifications and performing multiple operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Package loose die in waffle packs, clean die, pick die-off of tape with Royce equipment, and visually inspect die with a microscope. * Dice wafers with automated Disco equipment, removing die from tape. * Responsible for manual data entry on process travelers, SPC (statistical process control) charts and logbooks, and computer data entry for lot tracking and equipment tracking. * Work on assignments under general supervision. * Learn the process flow of the various wafer fab functions. * Interact with all levels of employees to increase output, reduce waste, standardize work instructions, incorporate continuous improvement, and improve communications and cooperation between departments. * Engage in daily production operations and anticipate product problems (i.e. so that loss of work hours is minimized and production objectives are met). * Exchange timely information with other team members and management on product flow and workforce needs. * Demonstrate a keen awareness of safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards. * Create and update technical documents and process/work specifications. * Other duties as assigned.
