OWNS SAFETY: EP Energy Lease Operators will conduct their operations safely and be ambassadors for safety throughout the field with EP Energy employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers. They will take a stand for doing the right thing and will stop the job if a hazard is suspected. Operators will have safety conversations and they will be expected to submit HSER Trackers on a regular basis.
OWNS PRODUCTION: EP Energy Operators will understand the many variables that can impact a field's productivity, be knowledgeable of industry standards and techniques, and bring new and innovative ideas to the table to maximize production volumes and minimize downtime. He/she will know the production targets for their route(s) and hold themselves and their peers accountable to meeting or exceeding them.
OWNS COSTS: The successful candidate will know what is being spent in their route(s) every day and in every category, and he/she will clearly and regularly communicate Lease Operating Expense spending data to their Supervisor. They will also work under the direction of their Supervisor to effectively control costs to deliver the production safely and maintain the integrity of our assets. The Lease Operator will be expected to adopt and promote a culture of spending every dollar as if it is coming out of their own pocket.
ENGAGES the TEAM: The Lease Operator will support and promote positive morale and a winning team culture by engaging in challenging, rewarding work and strong, authentic relationships.
ACTS with INTEGRITY- The successful candidate will hold him/herself and others inside and outside of our organization to the highest standards of integrity. The Lease Operator will execute their accountabilities in full alignment with our Code of Conduct
