Starting Wage:

• Wages range based on previous experience and generally start between $19-$21/hour

• Second Shift has a $1/hour shift premium on top of that

Hours:

• Second Shift | 3pm

• 1am | Mon

• Thurs

• Some mandatory OT on Fridays required from time to time

Please find a brief description of our Converting Machine Operator position:

• Efficiently operate a converting bag machine including but not limited to: machine setup, bag production, handling finished product, quality control and reporting while adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Able to regularly lift 10-12lbs and occasionally 50lbs of product

• Great attitude and attendance is a must!

• Mechanical reasoning skills

• Ability to do machine set-ups, calibrations, etc. or a willingness to learn

• Ability to read a tape measure and record measurements

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a high speed, manufacturing environment

• (Manufacturing experience preferred)
