Your Impact
Directly supervise the coordination and production of operating workers through monitoring quality control, production efficiency, and timely completion of associated products as assigned.
What You'll Do

Assemble product as required utilizing small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.
Identify and communicate any safety, quality, process issues or concerns as needed.
Maintain controlled environment integrity by using proper attire and adherence to controlled environment practices and procedures
Recognize and report any unacceptable materials and/or sub-assemblies to engineering and/or supervisor.
Responsible for quality of work and adhering to manufacturing methods
Work with supervisors, engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
Be familiar with the terminology used in the production area.
Participate in lean activities and 7S improvement efforts.
Understand and demonstrate Lean manufacturing techniques and principles.
Coach and provide guidance to others on manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures.
Drive, track, and report team metrics daily
Participate in continuous improvement activities to continue advancing business processes

The pay: Axon's hourly pay philosophy is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting hourly pay for this role is USD 23.08 in the lowest geographic market and USD 34.62 in the highest geographic market. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
