Description

The Senior Presentations Specialist requires an advanced skillset, and the ability to efficiently and accurately create and format data visualizations at an executive level for a high tech business using PowerPoint, excel and/or online reporting delivery methods.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work as advisor/expert to create, deliver and update presentations for multiple executive sales and finance KPIs

  • Work closely with colleagues to coach and develop new design concepts

  • Expert in PowerPoint and Excel Visualizations, must have portfolio of past work

  • Great customer service with ability to manage expectations and provide expert advice on effective layouts

  • Ability to visually tell a story with data

Knowledge and skill sets

  • Great oral and written communication skills must be able to communicate/collaborate virtually and in person

  • Excellent visual presentation and layout skills

  • High Tech Sales or Finance Operations Background a must

  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof own work

  • Should have a graphic design background

  • 7+ years' experience in related field

  • Ability to multi-task

Job Description Manager, Content Localization Project Management Workday is looking for an experienced manager of localization projects to help deliver localized content intended for Workday's customers worldwide. The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and communication skills, extensive experience with both translation and localization project management, effective managerial skills, and a proven ability to keep a diverse set of deliverables and teams on track. Responsibilities: * Liaise with company-wide content developers and managers on needs, requirements, projects, and deliverable * Field requests from company-wide sources, evaluating priorities and establishing timelines for deliverables. * Schedule trafficking of deliverables from source to localized output. * Lead the effort to develop localization tooling, repositories, and processes to optimize content re-use across a diverse set of content sources and teams. * Manage cross-functional programs, scaling for global markets and localization requirements. * Establish and maintain cross-company global content delivery roadmaps, localization vendors, pricing, and budgets. * Manage translation workflows end-to-end, from source content to deliverables in multiple languages and output formats. * Oversee day-to-day activities of localization specialists, including project managers, and AV (audio-visual) and DTP (desktop publishing) specialists. Skills: * Solid managerial and operational capabilities. * Excellent project management skills. * Extreme attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. * An outstanding track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex projects. * Proactive and personable. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a geographically distributed team. * Ability to oversee large-scale budgets and resources. * Excellent multi-cultural communicator and presenter, fluent with executives, as well as technical and content teams. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in translation studies. * Two' years' experience as a translator of enterprise software and content, English source to a target language. * Thorough knowledge and understanding of enterprise terminology, either HCM or Financials. * Minimum two years' experience with Workday's proprietary XpressO-based product translation tools. * Three+ years' experience as a localization project manager. * At least one year of personnel management experience. * Prior experience implementing localization tools and processes, with an eye to scalability. * Familiarity with multiple authoring, recording, and publishing formats, including HTML, XML, PDF, and video. * Native speaker of a language other than English, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
