Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Manager in the Human Capital group you will:

  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients

  • Support engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs

  • Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels

  • Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client

  • Manage engagement risk

  • Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support

The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity

  • Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

VIEW JOBS 3/25/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-23T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for management, maintenance and administration of the Facilities work order management system, SharePoint site, renovation projects, cleaning vendors and bank equipment maintenance contracts. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Minimum of 5 years' in property management or related field required. * Previous experience managing vendor supervisors and making sure they perform as per client scope of work preferred. * Demonstrated basic understanding of blueprints, schematics, control diagrams, materials, furniture, signage and finishes preferred. * Demonstrated intermediate to advance Auto Cad skills preferred. * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Power Point and SharePoint. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administers Asset Essentials software program by working with end users, facilities staff and vendors to design, trouble shoot and implement program changes as well as maintain the data base to keep the system functioning with optimum performance. * Designs, maintains and provides content for the facilities SharePoint site which includes information vital to the internal facilities team and Republic Bank Associates. * Writes and oversees BVS training on Floor Captains, Life Safety and Facilities work order management system. * Solicits pricing and oversees contracts for a variety of facilities services, furnishings, fixtures and equipment. * Responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of bank equipment for all retail banking centers, which includes defining scope, tracking and administering contracts. * Responds to, processes and manages work requests in a timely manner from internal clients and vendors using bank supplied software. * Make purchase order requests, track, record and approve invoices using bank supplied software. * Responsible for tracking, maintaining and reporting on all vendor required COI's. * Responsible for managing cleaning, waste removal for all banking centers. * Meets with internal clients to make recommendations on space management. * Responsible for planning, managing and implementing interior renovation projects by defining scope of work, soliciting pricing, approving and managing contracts. * Monitor, schedule, coordinate and follow up on work requests. * Promote practices that enhance the quality of the work environment and provide health, safety and security. * Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required. * Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank's values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization. * Willingly performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
