Job Overview:
Linde Gases US is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to join our team located in East Chicago, IN or Deer Park, TX. The Operations Training Coordinator would be responsible for conducting classes at the National Training Centers, managing the class schedule, participant registrations in the LMS, trainers, materials and equipment, and upkeep of the National Training Center buildings. Courses at the National Training Centers support Customer Service, Small On-sites, and Bulk facilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing course schedules, class materials, equipment, participant registrations in the LMS, participant completion records and re-testing, and trainers
Identify training content that needs updated or developed
Work with the Operations Training group and Subject Matter Experts to update existing training and new course creation
Managing two National Training Center buildings including supplies, equipment, budget, etc.
Conduct training courses at the National Training Centers
Classes include, but not limited to Basic Electrical, Technical Cleaning, Customer Service systems, Small Onsite systems
Classes include lab exercises that require hands-on teaching
Identify and qualify trainers based on their subject matter expertise
Travel between National Training Centers.
