Operations Trainer

Our Operations Trainer is part of our Operations team who is dedicated to supporting one of Network Health's core values of Service Excellence by ensuring that we have well-trained employees within our team to serve and support our members and customers. This position will support our Claims, Enrollment, and Member Experience team.

As a trainer for our Operations Team, you are responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of various training initiatives across departments. This is an essential role within our organization that drives performance and the growth of our team. In this role, you will deliver new hire training, technical skill training and expand ongoing employee skill development. You must have the ability to adjust your teaching style to match each individual's skill level to maximize his or her understanding. Your presentation skills will be showcased through facilitation of various types of training. You will work with various members of the organization to create and maintain training materials and modules for various adult learning platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health

• Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations and policies.

• Develop, implement and facilitate structured training for the Operations Team. These specific trainings may include job specific training, department updates, individual training plans, desk level procedure and department process updates.

• Collaborate with the Operations Team leadership and other key contributing department leaders, for input on information, updates and material trained on which is relevant to their specific department.

• Implement training and/or job aids for new or existing operational guidelines to ensure consistency of plan wide interpretation.

• Implement and maintain training tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the training material. Make necessary changes to training material based on feedback and competency of information retained/learned.

• Provide continued feedback to Operations Team leadership team regarding classroom training, areas of improvement and skill level of trainee.

• Deliver specific trainings in either a one-on-one, group setting, or remote/Microsoft Teams setting; ensuring the audience is comprehending the information delivered or changing the delivery as appropriate.

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field preferred

• 5+ years of development, instructional design, and facilitation of technical training experience preferred

• Working knowledge of common training methods & adult education

• 2 years or more experience in the insurance industry, customer service experience preferred

This position can be based at either our Menasha or Brookfield office and is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule. Half the time must be in the office and half time may be working from home office.
