First year of training will be in Nashville, TN. Once training is completed you could be placed into another location within the district.

The Opportunity:

Ferguson is looking to train our future leaders from the ground-up, beginning in our Operations Training Program.

How We Train You:

Invest in your personal career development in our entry-level Operations Trainee Program. Our dedicated leadership team will lead you on-site and hands-on training, focusing on the sales process, product knowledge, and related topics. Upon successful completion of your training, you will move into an operations-related position.

What Happens After Training:

Your focus will be on:

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) Variance Report and Cycle Count Recon Report

• Aisle Location Maintenance

• Invoicing

• Stock Receipts Entry

• Serving as Local Point of Contact for Centralized Groups

What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Background in Operations, Logistics or Finance preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated/goal oriented

• Ability to effectively multi-task

• Organization and time management skills

• Communicates well

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus

• WMS/HighJump prefered but not required

• Ability to handle stress

• Team player with good attitude

• Understands importance of customer service

• Willingness to help out in other areas, besides operations, when needed

• Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $27.50

• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
