Responsible for solving complex and non-routine problems.
Must be able to work independently while researching the problem thoroughly and resolving in a timely manner with knowledge of industry and/or regulatory rules and deadlines.
Requires collaboration and communication (written and verbal) with branch offices, third parties, vendors, and internal departments through phone, email and internal messaging systems to solve escalated and complex issues.
A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred. Appropriate securities registrations will be required if it is required for the work in the department.
2+ years of experience in a financial services environment (i.e. brokerage, banking, insurance, etc.) required.
An advanced knowledge of procedures and systems associated with multiple functions on a team within a department.
An advanced level of proficiency with Jones systems is preferred.
Must have strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in order to be able to fulfill all the roles on the team.
Must have excellent word-processing and spreadsheet skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Jones' systems.
Industry knowledge and skills as it relates to products, services, and processes is required.
