Job Title: Operations Support Specialist
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Public Operations groups. This role serves as a liaison between field personnel and management. The position also performs a variety of clerical duties to support the business as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with meeting set-up, scheduling, communication and recording minutes.
Perform, organize, and streamline operational support documents and tasks.
Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for various activities in the department.
Assist foreman and superintendents with reviewing information in our timekeeping system.
Other duties as assigned.
Intermediate or higher skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook are required.
Prior experience with timekeeping systems is preferred but not required.
Notary public a plus.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to speak Spanish fluently a plus.
Must be a detail oriented go-getter who can work independently.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop a high level of personal credibility with employees and management.
Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information and situations with high ethics, confidentiality, diplomacy, patience, and tact.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
