About the Role: As an Operations Support Specialist, you will work on the Operations Support team, helping to manage our lending portfolio. You will be key in helping defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Due Date Change Processing

  • Privacy Update Processing

  • Transfer of Lease (Lease Assumption) Processing

  • Check Request Processing and mailing

  • Facilitate the mailing of customer letters and required attachments/inserts.

  • Providing updates to customer contracts via demographic changes including, but not limited to, home address, phone number, and Social Security number changes

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Available to work Monday
  • Friday 8:30 am

  • 5:00 pm Eastern

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Minimum one (1) year experience, specifically performing data entry

  • Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail

  • Ability to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply our workplace values.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior database or scanning experience

Travel required:

  • No travel is required for this position
