The Operations Support Manager leads and manages the administrative responsibilities of the location(s) to ensure managers in each functional area have the tools, resources and support to succeed in their functions. Analyzes data and creates meaningful reports to advise managers on trends in their business so they can execute and create positive change.

Hires, trains, supervises, develops, motivates and evaluates the performance of Implements policies in the area of discipline, discharge, motivation and performance in a consistent and fair manner. Plans and implements staffing schedules based on business demands and transaction

Process Management of key initiatives including: Dirt Process Chargeback, DMP/UA Reporting, Station Adjustment, Coupon/cash/voucher monitoring and Lost & Found
Station Manger Reporting: Printing/working fleet reports 03, 04, 17, 21, credit card, exception and rules of the road audits
Equipment Management: GPS, Travel Tablets, Rover Units, Child Safety Seat accountability and organization.
Responds to and assigns NPS portal comments to the appropriate manager
Analyzes data from the NPS portal and provides recommendations for operational
