The individual will provide leadership, support, and consultative services for the field in advancing Food and Labor Productivity within the Higher Education LOB for the Mid-Atlantic Region. The individual will work closely with field leadership and Global Operational Excellence (GOE) to implement tools and processes in the field, monitor their progress, and improve them as necessary.
The individual should expect to spend >50% of their time directly interfacing with the field. Travel requirements will vary based on business need, estimated to be 25-50%.
The individual's responsibilities may be more or less weighted toward Food Productivity or Labor Productivity based on evolving priorities and business needs.
This role is intended to be a growth opportunity for future field leaders; expectation is to move from this role into an operational leadership role within 24-36 months.
The position will report to the VP of Operational Excellence
Core Job Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure Food & Labor productivity performance within region
Deploy processes/programs and tools/technology developed by GOE
Ensure success of Focus / Remediation Accounts within region
Identify & diagnose 5-10 accounts per region
Use standard process/toolkit
Maintain daily/weekly support cadence to ensure rapid, constant, sustainable progress
Monitor performance and accountability
Analyze outcomes/indicators/behaviors to identify opportunities
Work closely with RVP and DMs to drive improvement and accountability
Knowledge of and experience with enterprise productivity programs and dashboards (PRIMA, KRONOS, Productivity Portal)
