This direct hire, full-time, internal role is based in Birmingham, Alabama. Compensation: $40K-$45K What You’ll Be Doing: Working closely with ITAC’s recruiters to ensure critical applicant and candidate information is obtained and appropriate records are updated within ITAC’s applicant tracking system Tracking recruiting activities and providing reports to recruiting leaders (weekly, monthly and quarterly) Work directly with ITAC’s automation tool to provide insightful recommendations and updates Identifying and communicating training opportunities for recruiters and maintaining participation records Managing the allocation of recruiting resources and working closely with points-of-contact to troubleshoot issues Provide general office support to Recruiting Team and Corporate Support Team, as needed Assisting in providing Recruiting Leaders and Team with important upcoming dates What You’ll Need to be Considered:
