The Channel Sales Operations team supports the Allstate Exclusive Agents and Financial Specialists at AB.
This position handles inquiries regarding marketing materials, product related questions, new business set up and status. This position handles inbound calls as well as manages electronic requests.
Responding to Agent emails; must have the ability to interpret a variety of policies, rules, regulations and performs a full range of duties which include researching and responding to requests. Train and assist the Allstate Exclusive Agents (EA's) and support staff with all aspects of the application submission process.
Research and respond to all questions sent to the ACSO general mailbox
Administering of the Allstate EA, EFS, WOA & Benefit Specialist Appointment process which includes the researching the appointment request, sending the evite, tracking the progress of the evite, and reporting to requestor of appointment upon completion.
Receive, Code and Process all Book of Business (BOBs) Transfer Forms
Reconcile the Northbrook Log against all BOBs processed
Process Split Transfers requests from home office
Review case requests from FBL for Allstate agents who want to submit a Workplace on their agencies. Research the Allstate agent policy history with AHL
Act as the point person for any agent converting their appointment from SSN to EIN, which includes being responsible for obtaining a copy of the Agency level license from the agent and working with the licensing department to ensure the change is completed.
Supply the necessary Addendum paperwork required to change an agent's contract from As Earned to Advanced, track the progress of the change and report back to the agent upon completion.
2 year college degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
Strong organizational skill
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to handle customers via e-mail
Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred qualifications: Computer proficiency in Sircon, Agent Website, Life 70 Mainframe (SALD), AWD and Customer Service Resource.
