Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking a Operations Support Assistant to join the team!
What You'll Do
The Operations Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our Wendy's division keeping operations accounts up to date, maintaining back of house system and database accuracy with up-to-date restaurant information, and assisting in general day-to-day tasks and projects.
Essential Job Duties:
Maintain and coordinate operational calendar.
Assist in preparation for general manager quarterly and various other meetings.
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
Assist in setting accounts for service vendors.
Fulfill restaurant order requests.
Reset passwords on locked accounts.
Assist in preparing applications for operating licenses for restaurant locations.
Assists with customer comments, requests, or complaints received at corporate office via phone, email or website and communicates actions needing to be taken with the field.
Assist in maintaining restaurant master information in SiteWise software with requested changes such as hours of operations, mobile order accessibility or product availability.
Assist in maintaining hours of operation in Back of House software.
Part of liaison and support team for the field daily and for ad hoc requests or projects.
Other tasks as assigned.

Some restaurant service experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite.
