The Role:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all activities within the Operations department while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day to day operations of the District. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all activities within the District Operations department while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day to day operations of The District. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

  • Submit program deliverables accurately and on time each week.

  • Knowledge of local nightlife/events and local alcohol beverage laws.

  • Available to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.

  • Preferred 5+ years of proven experience in food and beverage.

  • Prior experience with managing brand promotions, working with wholesalers and accounts.

  • Must have strong Excel and Word experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.

  • Must be of legal drinking age (21+)

  • Must be friendly, outgoing and possess professional maturity.

  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and interacting with groups of people.

  • Troubleshoot and creatively problem solve matters that may arise.

  • Communicate directly with operations team and bartenders.

  • Take full ownership of processes and systems.

  • Basic AV Knowledge

  • Monitor event execution while ensuring all key brand KPIs are achieved.

Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
