Operations Supervisor I
The position exists to lead a team of Content Operations Specialists, who ensure the efficiency and accuracy of Primary Law content delivery online. Works hand in hand with Operations Manager for day-to-day operations. This function oversees individual and overall team performance in accordance to objectives set by the department. Proactively provides support to deliver customer needs and achieve organizational goals. Accountabilities:
Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency as well as partner with Leadership to implement critical actions
Develop and implement support plans for overall department operations to meet service level objectives and metrics and manage day-to-day operations
Recommend staff retention initiatives
Manage and facilitate the corrective action process, partnering with the manager
Conduct effective workplace planning and responsible for individual career development
