Provides key leadership for the Food & Beverage Division's Administrative Functions, in areas including daily staffing and compliance, divisional scheduling, associate performance management and guest service recovery.
Leads, manages, trains and coaches a team in the Food & Beverage Office to achieve business results.
Uses and directs others on using programs such as When2Work, Excel, Time & Attendance, and Kronos to create optimal staffing schedules for the division based on predicted park activity.
Collects real-time staffing information and assists management in adjusting labor resources to meet operational needs.
Ensures an efficient onboarding experience for new associates by partnering with the Human Resources Division and the Operations Supervisor of Food & Beverage Training.
Creates and implements effective processes to ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws, and company policies.
Work closely with Food & Beverage management to promptly address guest feedback and use guest recovery methods where appropriate.
Uses approved coaching and corrective actions in tracking performance of associates in the Food & Beverage division.
Partners with the Finance division to investigate cash variances and takes actions to minimize loss or incorrect cash handling procedures.
3-5 years previous supervisory experience in Theme Park operations, administration, or equivalent.
Familiarity with the park and its policies, and ability to learn and uphold Food & Beverage division specific policies.
Technical skills necessary to operate and teach others how to use multiple, interconnected software programs.
Ability to work nights, weekend, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug screening, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
