The Role:
To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicants should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. government.
Strong priority will be given to qualified internal applicants.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for a team of direct labor employees focused on Safety, Quality, throughput, and culture of a work cell or cells.

Key Accountabilities
Will oversee an Operations environment supporting Extant Aerospace's manufacturing facility.
Support high mix, low volume electronics assembly and test facility
Lead team through successful development and execution of monthly plans to meet and exceed schedule, revenue, and cost requirements.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, equipment, and subcontractors
Responsible for establishing optimum utilization of available resources through efficient manpower management
Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement in processes
Implement open communication and continuous improvement
Support the development of new methods, processes, and equipment and apply them to the manufacturing operation for productivity gains
Minimum Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree, plus a minimum of 2 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use it to make business decisions
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
